I'm a seasoned Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Leader with over a decade of experience designing impactful learning solutions for companies like Starbucks, Salesforce, Disney, and Hilton. I’ve led cross-functional teams, managed high-visibility projects, and created a wide range of learning experiences—from virtual reality simulations to immersive eLearning and live, facilitator-led programs.
